Subscription FAQs

What happens when I subscribe?

When you subscribe you will receive a delivery to your named delivery location once per month of 15 packs of the haylage of your choice or the ultimate treat plan.

When will I get my subscription delivery?

We aim to get all subscriptions shipped around the 15th of each month. Delivery will normally be between 2-5 days. If you are having issues, or your delivery hasn’t arrived, please email us on [email protected]. Subscribers benefit from FREE shipping in the UK.

When will the payment be taken?

Payments are collected on the 1st of each month after your initial payment. For example, if you subscribed on the 10th May, your first subscription will be dispatched around 15 June, your next payment will be collected on 1st July for your July box which will be dispatched around 15 July, and so on. If your payment fails multiple times we have the right to cancel your subscription.

How do I cancel/pause my subscription?

Our subscriptions are customer friendly. Its simple, you will have been sent an email when you placed your order asking you to create a password for your account. Once you have done this you will be able to log into your account HERE. From here you can cancel or pause your subscription whenever you want, you are in control. Make sure you cancel at least 3 days prior to the 1st of the month which is when payments are collected via Direct Debit. If we receive the cancellation notice after or within the 3 days prior to the billing day, the cancellation of your order will come into action the following month, so you will still be charged on 1st of the month. There are no cancellation fees.

When you reactivate your subscription make sure you do this prior to the 1st of the month to be included in the following month’s dispatch, reactivated subscriptions after this date will not be active for that next month and will become active on the 1st of the following month.
