You have 28 days to notify us if you want to return or exchange your item and another 14 days to send them back. The return period will expire 28 days from the day on which you receive the goods you have ordered.

Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product (we recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage).

We will process the refund directly to your payment card, in no more than 14 days after the day the product is received by us.

Please don’t destroy or throw away any product and where relevant the external packaging, even if it’s faulty, before you’ve spoken to us and agreed that doing so won’t affect any refund you may be entitled to.

Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it (this includes, in the context of a return, when the product is in transit back).

Delivery Discrepancies

In the unusual event that there are any delivery shortages or delivery discrepancies they must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Please use the contact details above and remember to include your name, address and items ordered as well as your order number. Please ensure you take care to order the items you require.


We endeavour to deliver your Treatsies/Swingers/Grassabix/Peckers items within 3 working days to mainland UK and within 5 working days to the Highlands and Islands in Scotland and Northern Ireland. We endeavour to dispatch your bulk haylage orders within 10 working days. If you do not receive your order within these times please contact us with your order number to enable us to track the delivery.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock we will email you and dispatch at the earliest opportunity. You will have the option to cancel your order.


We aim to process your order within 24 hours of receipt, if you wish to cancel your order once submitted please contact us immediately and we will try to help.
